Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, project acceptance or price. Scope, materials, fees, exclusions, payment stages, timing and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before work begins. Any additional work requires approval.
Professional inputs and property access
Architecture, surveys, engineering, permissions and specialist work are subject to the relevant professionals and applicable requirements. The customer must arrange authorised access and share accurate information. No approval outcome is guaranteed.
Illustrations and individual contracts
AI-generated website images are illustrative. Final designs and completed work depend on the agreed specifications. Warranty, defect correction, cancellation, refunds, delays and dispute arrangements must be addressed in the relevant service agreement.
